Founder of the Centro de Teletrabajo y Teleformación of the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Buenos Aires – UBA. Coordinator of research work for the IDRC – International Development Research Center, in Canada. Currently involved in the research work on Telework, Public Policies and Legislative Models, with the participation of eight Latin American and Caribbean countries.

Researcher at CETEL- Group on studies and research on labor management and technology, Business School Sao Paulo, Brazil. Advisory work for CEPAL (ECLAC) and research works for Unesco-Quito. Director of UNESCO telework courses for Latin America and the Caribbean during the period 2002-2005. Publisher of the newsletter Teletrabajando, author of the book: ¿Cómoempiezo a teletrabajar?, co-author of the book: Exportadores de Servicios en Internet ; general coordinator of the book: Telecapacitados ; author of the report on telework in Argentina and articles for the media. Organizer of the Ibero-american Telework Congresses I and II, Regional Meeting for employment of the visually disabled sponsored by Unesco, and the Academic International Event :Telework 2010- Argentina under the auspices of the ITA- International Telework Academy. International lecturer at many events.

Lefki Papacharalambous is, currently, a senior lecturer in the department of Logistics in the Tertiary Educational Institution of Sterea Ellada, Gr. She has also worked as a senior lecturer of Business and Communication studies in the School of Business and Economics at the Technical University of Chalkida, Grand she’s been the Head of the Foreign Languages & Physical Education Centre, in the same academic institution for 8 consecutive years.

 


Reima Suomi – Finlandia

ReimaReima Suomi is professor of Information Systems Science at University of Turku, Finland and a part-time professor at Central China Normal University, Wuhan, China. Currently he concentrates on topics of health care IS and telecommunications, including issues such as management of networks, electronic and mobile business, circulation economy, virtual organizations, social media and governance structures. He has published in journals such as Communications of the Association for Information Systems, European Journal of Information Systems, Computers, Informatics, Nursing, Information & Management, Information Services & Use, Technology Analysis & Strategic Management, The Journal of Strategic Information Systems, Behaviour & Information Technology, Journal of Management History, Orthopaedic Nursing and Information Resources Management Journal.


SVEIN BERGUM–NORUEGA

SVEINSvein Bergum is associate professor at Lillehammer University College in Norway, where he teaches organization theory, management and HRM and is also responsible for students’ internship activities. His research activities have been around distributed innovation systems, EHRM, and managerial aspects of telework and new organizational work arrangements. Bergum received his Doctoral Degree from Turku School of Economics in 2009 titled: Managerial communication in telework, and also has a Licentiate Degree from University of Linkøping/Sweden in 2000. Bergum has been in charge of public financed R&D projects in Norway and Sweden on the topic of management of telework.Earlier he was employed by Norwegian Telecom R& D, where he organized projects on new telecom services including telecommuting centres.
